SHOULD I USE REGULAR OR CONTINOUS ZAPPING?

There are two ways to regular zap:

  • Regular zapping: 7 min zapping/ 20 min pause/7 min zapping/ 20 min pause/7 min zapping
  • Continuous zapping: 1 hour zapping non-stop. This method passes mainly through our liquids: vascular and lymphatic systems.

These two methods are the same with the difference that continuous zapping is more intensive and therefore start with regular zapping 7/20/7/20/7 for 2 days. If you feel good continue with continuous zapping.
